UK & EUROPEAN SALES MANAGER

Description
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced UK & European Sales Manager to be responsible for the sale of Communication Systems into the Defence sector including Wireless Communication, Light Vehicle Intercom Systems, Medium/Heavy Vehicle Intercom Systems and Command Post Networking.

This expanding Company, with services spanning worldwide, are led by a focused management team and have seen enviable growth in recent years. They are now seeking a confident and ambitious UK & European Sales Manager with a proven track record of account management and new business development as well as defence knowledge and European/Export sales experience. .

JOB TITLE: UK & European Sales Manager
AREA: UK, South, South West, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset
BASED: As above.
BASIC: Up to c£40,000
OTE: Up to £50,000
BENEFITS: Car, mobile, laptop, fuel allowance, pension and life insurance.

THE ROLE

Covering the UK & Europe, the role will be a mix between account management and new business development, targeting OEMs and the defence industry as a whole. You will be involved in defence acquisition processes.

You will be talking to all levels of personnel and must possess good organisational skills. You will need to prepare reports and communicate them effectively. This is an exciting and challenging position for the right candidate who can develop sales and become a key member of the team.

The UK & European Sales Manager must have experience selling either into the Defence sector, or selling Communication Systems or related products. The ideal candidate will be a real team player.
